Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, email hey@filmyie.club with:

Your order number
The product you want to cancel

You can request an order cancellation before it is processed. A full refund will be credited to your Filmyie account as store credit within 24 hours.

If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it. (Processing usually takes up to 24 hours, so cancel within the timeline!)
